TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Thanks for being excited about LOST IN BETWEEN FESTIVAL (LIB ENTERTAINMENT Pty Ltd – ABN: 81 670 410 394).

We’ve set the following festival terms and conditions of entry to ensure everyone has an amazing and fun experience.

TICKETING & WRISTBANDS
Tickets are available online as e-tickets via our official platform, Triniq.

1. The ticket is proof of purchase for the event and must be presented at the time of admission, along with valid proof of age ID.

2. One ticket is valid for the person named on the ticket.

3. Each ticket holder is entitled to transfer their ticket to someone else during a designated date range. Ticket transfers will incur a fee, and the process for changing names may vary. Find more details about our name-changing process.

4. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.

5. Tickets are created and managed using the Triniq website and may also be subject to additional Terms and Conditions of Triniq.

6. The ticket entitles the patron to one wristband. Tickets can be exchanged for wristbands at the gate office during the event, and wristbands must be worn at all times. If you are caught without a wristband, you will be removed from the site.

REFUNDS
7. Unless authorized by LOST IN BETWEEN and except as required by law, ticket sales are strictly non-refundable.

8. The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program without prior notice.

9. If you are denied entry to the event or evicted for possessing a prohibited item, you will not be eligible for a refund.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the festival at any time due to a Force Majeure Event, which in the promoter’s sole discretion makes it logistically impossible to continue. “Force Majeure Event” refers to anything outside the promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, bad weather, damage to the festival site, flood, drought, storm, lightning, act of God, explosion, sabotage, accident, labor dispute, council or police rulings, or war. The promoter reserves the right to shorten the festival duration at any time due to a Force Majeure Event.

RESALE YOUR TICKET
11. For ticket resales, we highly recommend using Triniq only.

Our ticketing platform, Triniq, offers a 100% secure marketplace for reselling and purchasing second-hand tickets. We strongly encourage using this service for your own safety as a seller and to ensure the safety of the buyer, helping to avoid potential scams.

How to do it:
You can list your tickets for resale at https://www.triniq.com/profile if you are the original purchaser. Buyers can find resale tickets at https://www.triniq.com/resale.

12. To minimize the risk of scams (which can still occur on any platform), we do not recommend using Tixel or any other similar platforms due to potential scamming issues. We also highly discourage purchasing tickets through random individuals, especially profiles that appear suspicious or are known for scamming, particularly those active on our Facebook page. If you have any doubts about a seller, it’s best to avoid the transaction. Please note that LOST IN BETWEEN does not accept any responsibility for scams and will not refund any scammed tickets.
